Garbh Sanskar is a Sanskrit term where ‘Garbh’ means womb and ‘Sanskar’ means imprints. The education or enlightenment imparted to a baby inside the womb of the mother is Garbh Sanskar.
Sanskar also means ‘purification & transformation’, instilling the seeds of higher thought and virtues at the right time. Passing on higher values to the next generation has long been a part of the Indian tradition.
Garbh Sanskar comes from 5000-year-old science of Ayurveda, wherein there are guidelines given to give birth to the best kind of progeny.
