A. Preparing for conception - 90 Days

This 3 month program should ideally be done by the couple together because the health of both the parents affect conception and pregnancy. However it can be done by the mother alone as well. Roughly, every 75-90 days, a new set of sperms are formed by the body and it takes 3 months for an egg to fully mature as well. Your food, lifestyle, sleep, stress, mental health etc during these 3 months affect the development of the new sperm & egg.  Hence, it is important that the couple prepare their minds and bodies for pregnancy and work on their own health before getting pregnant. Only healthy parents pass on healthy genes to their child. Program includes:

  • Analysis of blood reports 
  • Identifying the root cause of health issues 
  • Focus on weight loss if needed, improving blood reports and treating any kind of underlying health issues 
  • 6 meal plans (2 meal plans each month)
  • Meal plans will consist of simple, home made food 
  • Supplementation guidance to address vitamin/mineral deficiencies and optimize fertility
  • Lifestyle changes and correction of daily routine
  • Slowing down and aligning with nature 
  • Preparing the body and mind holistically for conception & pregnancy 
  • Mantra chants – YouTube playlist will be shared 
  • Couple bonding activities 
  • Very simple, easy to follow spiritual practices 
  • Relaxation & grounding techniques  
  • Guidance on how to calculate fertile days and when to try for conception after 90 days

B. 9 Months of Garbh Sanskar

Once the mother has conceived, the 9 months of Garbh Sanskar begin. The program includes:

  • 3 PDFs which contain month wise guidelines for all 9 months of pregnancy
  • PDFs are split trimester wise (1 document for each trimester) and will be shared at the beginning of each trimester 
  • PDFs will contain nutrition, lifestyle and activities guidelines
  • Nutrition guidelines are curated to each trimester as per the mother’s nutritional requirements and appetite
  • Healthy, easy to make recipes will be provided 
  • Lifestyle changes and daily routine correction
  • Relaxation and grounding techniques
  • Regular pranayam and chantings 
  • Activities to be done during each month like painting, knitting, puzzles, crossword, learning music, playing an instrument etc 
  • 3  YouTube playlists will be shared which contain multiple mantras/bhajans/aartis in it – different tracks to be listened to each month
  • YouTube playlists are split trimester wise (1 Playlist for each trimester) and will be shared at the beginning of each trimester 
  • 9 different Raags, one raag for each month – 9 YouTube links will be shared for each of them 
  • An elaborate list of books to be read throughout the pregnancy – different recommendations for each month 
  • List of spiritual books to be read throughout the pregnancy
  • Guidelines on labour preparation and affirmation videos
  • A complete list of all the items you need to pack in your hospital bag and prepare for birth
  • Hospital list includes clothes for the mother & the baby immediately post birth, diapers, nipple covers, blankets, hoodies, toiletries etc and other essential items  
  • Suvarnaprashan and ayurvedic supplement guidance for the baby after birth   
  • Total of 9-10 follow-up calls during 9 months (1 detailed call each month)
  • Quick 15-20 min audio calls can be accommodated once a month if the mother requires any additional help or support

C. Post Partum Regimen - first 6 months after birth

Postpartum regimen consists of food and lifestyle guidance for the first 6 months after delivery. This regimen is completely based on Ayurvedic principles. After birth, a mother’s body is exhausted from birth and needs the right kind of food and nutrition to aid recovery and breastfeeding. This program should ideally be purchased and understood in the 8th or the 9th month of pregnancy itself so that you are equipped with information in advance. However, it can also be started after delivery.  This program includes:

  • 1 PDF with month wise guidelines for the first 6 months after delivery 
  • Nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation guidance for the mother – includes some ayurvedic herbs, teas and concoctions  
  • Suvarnaprashan and ayurvedic supplement guidance for the baby 
  • Simple, traditional foods that are easy to digest and help the mother with milk production
  • 6-7 follow up calls over the course of 6 months 
  • Quick 15-20 min audio calls can be accommodated once a month if the mother requires any additional help or support
  • WhatsApp support during work hours
